微创皮下浅表刮吸法治疗腋臭方法的改良和疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探索一种微创治疗腋臭的新方法。方法:观察121例采用皮下浅表刮吸法治疗腋臭患者的疗效和不良反应。结果:术后随访3个月～1年,121例中,114例患者在出汗时未闻到明显的异味,对治疗效果表示满意,满意率为94.2%,有效率达100%。对7例(5.8%)仍觉有轻度异味患者,4例行腋部激光脱毛治疗达到满意疗效,3例采用同样方法再次手术治疗达到满意效果。结论:肿胀麻醉下微创皮下浅表刮吸法治疗腋臭切口小、损伤轻、术后恢复快、疗效确切,值得推广。Objective To explore a new method for axillary osmidrosis with minimal invasion. Methods To observe the clinical effects and side-effects of 121 clients who were treated by superficial liposuction under tumescent technique.Results During the follow up time 3 months to one year, 114 clients reported that there was not any remarkeble odorand they were satisfied with the treatment, the satisfied rate was 94.2% and the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The minimal incision superficial liposuction under tumescent technique is an effective and safe method to treat axillary osmidrosis with minimal incision, light damage, short recovery period after operaiton and obvious curative effects.Therefore it was worth to popularilization
