摘　　要：目的:探讨带血管蒂皮瓣修复足负重区域软组织缺损的方法和临床效果。方法:2007年10月～2010年1月,对25例足负重部位的皮肤软组织缺损,采取顺行或逆行足底内侧皮瓣、逆行腓肠神经或隐神经营养血管皮瓣移植修复,观察皮瓣成活、耐磨性、足功能恢复以及供瓣区修复情况,随访3～6个月。结果:25例皮瓣全部成活,足部软组织缺损得到修复,皮瓣耐磨,足行走负重功能恢复,供瓣区无继发功能障碍。结论:带血管蒂皮瓣移植是修复足负重部位软组织缺损的有效方法。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of repairing soft tissue defects in weight loading region of pedis with vascular pedicle skin flaps.Methods During October 2007 to January 2010,25 cases of soft tissue defects in weight loading region of pedis were repaired with medial skin flaps of sole of feet,reverse sural and saphenous-nerve-nurishing vascular pedicle skin flaps.The survival and quality of skin flaps,also the function of feet were observed postoperativelly.They were followed up for 3 to 6 months.Results All 25 cases transplanted flaps survived,soft tissue defects were completely repaired.Both the quality and the appearance of the flaps were satisfactory,function of feet returned to normal.Conclusion vascular pedicle skin flap was a useful method for repair soft tissue defects in weight loading region of pedis.
