摘　　要：目的:总结耳廓复合组织移植修复鼻翼缺损的方法和经验,特别是术中和术后的处理要点。方法:将包括软骨在内的耳廓复合组织游离移植用于修复鼻翼缺损。结果:本组42例均取得较好效果。修复的鼻翼弧度自然、形态满意。本文对术中和术后的处理要点和经验进行了讨论、总结。结论:耳廓复合组织游离移植修复鼻翼缺损的方法简单易行、成功率高,有较好的临床应用与推广价值。Objective To summarize the methods and experiences of repairing nasal ala defect with auricular composite tissue flap,especially the treatment key points of intra-operative and post-operative.Methods The nasal ala defects were repaired with the free grafted auricular composite tissue flap with cartilage.Results All of the 42 patients achieved good results.The curvature and the contour of the repaired nose ala were satisfactory.In the article,the experiences and the key points of intraoperative and postoperative were discussed and summarized.Conclusion The method of auricular composite tissue flap to repair nasal ala defect was a simple and safe method,also it was valuable on clincial application and popularization.
