摘 要:用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为柱化剂制备的有机累托石,以聚醚二元醇、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸为基本原料,采用原位聚合法制备了有机累托石/水性聚氨酯乳液。考察了乳液中有机累托石加入的质量分数对水性聚氨酯涂料防沉降性能和触变性能的影响,并对有机累托石和乳胶膜进行了结构表征。结果表明,当乳液中有机累托石加入的质量分数为3%时,水性聚氨酯涂料的防沉降性能与触变性能得到显著提高。FTIR和TG-DSC分析显示柱化剂进入了累托石层间。XRD分析表明累托石有机化前后的d001由2.438 nm增至3.562 nm。Organic rectorite/waterborne polyurethane emulsions were prepared by means of in-situ polymerization from organic rectorite modified with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as a pillaring agent,polypropylene glycol,toluene 2,4-diisocyanate,2,2-dimethylol propionic acid.The effect of organic rectorite amount in emulsion on anti-sedimentation and thixotropy of water-based polyurethane coatings was investigated and the structure of organic rectorite and emulsion films were characterized.The results indicated that when the amount of organic rectorite in the emulsion was 3wt%,the anti-sediment and thixotropic performance of water-based polyurethane coatings was obviously improved.FTIR and TG-DSC analysis exhibited that the pillaring agent entered into rectories layer.XRD analysis showed that the d001 of organic rectorite around from 2.438 nm to 3.562 nm,organic rectorite in emulsion was intercalated with polymer and dispersed in the waterborne polyurethane matrix.
