无籽八月橘授粉受精的观察

摘　　要：通过设置2个授粉组合(无籽八月橘×无籽八月橘、无籽八月橘×有籽八月橘),对无籽八月橘自交和异交后花粉管的行为及授粉受精结果进行观察.结果表明,无籽八月橘自交和异交授粉后,花粉管在柱头、花柱和子房中均能正常生长,最后经珠孔进入珠心;对授粉受精果实种子数进行分析,其杂交果平均单果种子数在15粒以上.本研究表明无籽八月橘自交是可亲和的,其无籽的原因不是由自交不亲和所引起.The pollen-tube growth was compared between self-pollinated [Wuzibayueju（Citrus reticulata）×Wuzibayueju],and cross-pollinated [Wuzibayueju×Bayueju（C.reticulata）].The self-and cross-compatibility of Wuzibayueju was observed under a UV microscope by the fluorescence of the callose deposits of pollen tubes.The results showed that the growth of self-and cross-pollen tubes in the stigma,style and ovary were normal,and they could enter the embryo sac and fertilized.Average seed number of self-and cross-pollinated fruit was both above 15.The results suggested that Wuzibayueju was self-compatible,and self-incompatibility was not the seedless reason of Wuzibayueju.
