正常孕妇与病理妊娠患者血清碱性磷酸酶水平分析

摘　　要：目的血清碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)水平的变化对病理性妊娠有一定诊断意义,文中探讨妊娠期中监测ALP的临床价值。方法检测2639例不同妊娠情况孕妇及126例健康未孕妇女ALP水平并进行统计分析。结果正常晚孕妇女ALP水平随孕周的增加而增加,妊娠高血压综合征及妊娠合并肝病患者ALP水平显著高于同期正常孕妇,先兆早产及死胎患者则显著低于同期正常孕妇。结论 ALP水平可作为妊娠高血压综合征、先兆早产、死胎及妊娠合并肝病的辅助诊断。Objective Changes of alkaline phosphatase（ALP） play a certain role in the diagnosis of pathological pregnancy.The aim of this study was to explore the clinical value of monitoring ALP during pregnancy.Methods We detected and statistically analyzed the ALP levels in the serum of 2 639 pregnant women of different pregnant conditions and 126 healthy non-pregnant females（x-±s）.Results The ALP level was increased with the gestational time in the normal late pregnant women.Compared with the normal pregnant women in the same period,the ALP level was significantly higher in those with pregnancy-induced hypertension or liver diseases,but significantly lower in those with threatening preterm labor or stillbirth.Conclusion The level of serum ALP can help the diagnosis of pregnancy-induced hypertension,threatening abortion,dead fetus,and pregnancy-induced liver diseases.
