摘　　要：糖尿病足是糖尿病的常见并发症之一,它严重影响糖尿病患者的生活质量,预防和预测糖尿病足的发生、发展是亟待解决的迫切临床问题。文中就糖尿病足微循环改变的危险因素和发病机制、糖尿病足的甲襞微循环和肠系膜微循环的特征做一综述,以期对预防和预测糖尿病足的发生发展有所裨益。The diabetic foot,as one of the most common complications of diabetes mellitus,seriously affects the quality of life of diabetic patients.The prevention of the diabetic foot and the prediction of its development and progression are becoming urgent clinical problems that demand immediate attention.This article outlines the major risk factors and pathogenesis of the microcirculation changes of the diabetic foot,as well as the characteristics of nailfold microcirculation and mesenteric microcirculation of the disease.
