摘  要:目的:探讨转录因子上游刺激因子(USF)在大鼠不同正常组织中的分布情况.方法:使用大鼠多种组织构成的组织芯片,免疫组织化学检测USF1、USF2在各组织及其细胞中的表达.结果:USF是体内广泛分布的转录因子,除血管内皮、肾小球细胞外在大多数上皮细胞有强的表达.在肌肉组织主要表达于骨骼肌和心肌组织,平滑肌则只有USF2表达;结缔组织中,表达阴性或弱阳性;在卵巢组织中,USF1在发育卵泡和闭锁卵泡均为强阳性表达,USF2则在闭锁卵泡中,强阳性表达,在发育卵泡则表达较弱.结论:USF是大鼠体内广泛分布的转录因子,可能参与调控一般细胞生理活动的基因表达.Objective: To investigate the distribution of upstream stimulating factors (USFs) in normal rat tissues. Methods: The expressions of USF1 and USF2 in various rat tissues and cells were examined by immunohistochemical staining of chips made from various rat tissues. Results: USFs were widely distributed transcriptional factors in vivo, been strongly expressed in most epithelial cells except for vascular endothelial cells and glomerular cells. In muscular tissues, USF expression was mainly observed in skeletal muscle and cardiac muscle, while in smooth muscle, there was only USF2 expression. Negative or weak positive expression was observed in connect tissue. In ovarian tissues,it was noted that USF1 was expressed strongly and positively in the developing and atretic follicles, but USF2 was strongly and positively expressed only in atretic follicles with weak expression in developing follicles. Conclusions: Transcription factor USFs distributes widely in rats, and may participate in gene regulation during general cell physiology process.
