难置性洗胃管置入中纤维胃镜的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨纤维胃镜在难置性洗胃管患者置入中的应用.方法：10例患者均采用经纤维胃镜指引下置入洗胃胃管.结果：所有经口置管或在喉镜直视下置管失败患者改用纤维胃镜指引下置管,均获成功.结论：纤维胃镜指引下对置入难置性洗胃管成功率高,对患者的心率、血压、血氧饱和度的干扰和影响小.Objective： To explore the use of fiber optic gastroseopy in diffieuhy insertion of gastric lavage tube. Methods： 10 patients received insertion of gastric lavage tube under guidance of fiberoptie gastroscopy. Results： Insertion of gastric lavage tube under guidance of fiberoptie gastroseopy in all patients who had faild plaeenment of the tube per os or under direct laryngoscopy. Conclusion： Fiberoptie gastroscopy may contribute to higher success rate in difficulty insertion of gastric lavage tube and have less adverse effects on heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation of the patients.
