摘 要:液态钢渣粒化是对其显热进行回收的关键,因此需要设计出合理的气体喷嘴结构形式和布置形式,从而有利于渣滴在下落过程中凝固形壳。利用F luent软件对不同结构气淬喷嘴的气体射流流场进行数值模拟,与冷态试验结果相比较,结果表明:laval型组合式喷嘴具有射流集中、扩张程度较低的特点,适于对液态钢渣进行气淬粒化。不同马赫数喷嘴射流在喷嘴出口前融合的距离分别为250、265、300 mm,形成流速较为均匀的气体射流,利于钢渣的稳定飞行;随着马赫数增加,出口气体流速随之增加,出口气体温度逐渐降低,有利于渣粒冷却。Granulation of liquid steel slag is the key process during heat recovery.The structure of gas nozzles and their layout should be designed to ensure solidification of slag drops before they falling to the ground.The flow field of gas jet with different structure was simulatd by Fluent software,and the simulation result was compared with that of cold model test.It was concluded that the combined laval-nozzle could provide concentrated and lower-expansion gas jet,and utilized to granulate liquid steel slag by gas quenching.The gas jet out of the combined laval-nozzle could be syncretized and stabilized at 250,265 and 300 mm,repectively,when the Mach numbers of laval-nozzl were 1.0,1.4 and 1.75.Consequently,the liquid steel slag could be granulated to drop and fly steadily when these combined laval-nozzle was utilized.The gas jet velocity at exit increased with the increase of Mach numbers of nozzle.Moreover,the gas jet temperature at exit declined,which could be beneficial to cooling slag drops.
