摘　　要：近年来相关研究发现,以胰岛素抵抗为主要病理环节的一系列疾病,如中心型肥胖、糖尿病等的发病率不断上升,其中高血压和胰岛素抵抗的关系非常密切,但以往对胰岛素抵抗和糖、脂代谢紊乱的关系阐述较多,对胰岛素抵抗与高血压的关系认识较少。本文将对胰岛素抵抗和高血压发生的多个环节的联系进行综述,并就中医药在这个领域中的应用前景作一探讨。Recently many researches have demonstrated that insulin resistant （IR）, as an important pathologic process, is increasingly involved with a series of diseases such as central obesity and diabetes. Hypertension is highly associated with IR. The relationships between IR and glucose or lipid metabolism disorders are well established. However, association of IR with hypertension is less covered. Current researches on insulin resistance and pathogenesis of hypertension are reviewed in this paper, which holds that traditional Chinese medicine treatment on IR in patients with hypertension has a good prospect.
