高频彩色多普勒超声对肢体局部肿物定性诊断的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在肢体局部肿物定性诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对268例肢体局部肿物患者进行高频彩色多普勒超声检查,根据其声像图形态、大小、边缘回声、内部回声、完整包膜、生长形式和速度及血流特点,观察高频超声对这些患者肢体局部肿物的定性诊断性能。结果与手术和病检比较,高频彩色多普勒超声对脂肪瘤、纤维瘤和表皮样囊肿诊断准确率分别为95.6%、92.9%、94.4%,对腘窝囊肿、腱鞘囊肿、坐骨结节滑液囊肿诊断准确率均为100%,对肢体局部肿物定性诊断总准确率为97.4%。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对一些肢体局部肿物有非常高的诊断准确率,可为这些肢体局部肿物的临床诊断与治疗提供可靠信息。Objective To investigate the clinical value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in qualitative diagnosis of local limb swells （LLS）. Methods 268 cases with LLS were examined with the high frequency color Doppler ultrasound. The qualitative diagnostic function of color Doppler ultrasound in LLS of these patients were observed according to the shape, size, edge echo, internal echo, complete capsule, growth form and velocity as well as, blood flow characteristic of the acoustic image graph. Results The diagnostic accurate rate of the lipoma,fibroma and sehocystoma was separately 95.6 %, 92.8 %, 94.4 %. The diagnostic accurate rate of popliteal fossa cyst,thecal cyst, ischial tuberosity cyst was 100%. The qualitative diagnostic total accurate rate of LLS was 97.4%. Conclusions High frequency color Doppler ultrasound has very high diagnostic accurate rate in LLS,which can provide reliable information for clinical diagnosis and treatment of LLS.
