摘 要:利用ANSYS软件采用三维锥体热源模型对T-250钢薄壁圆筒环缝电子束焊接进行数值模拟。结果表明,三维锥体热源模型适合于电子束焊接的数值模拟,由此得出的温度场分布与实际焊接情况吻合良好。残余应力在距焊缝中心轴向4 mm区域内会发生突变或者达到最大值。这个区域正好对应实际焊接的焊缝区和热影响区,说明数值模拟与实际焊接有较好的对应性。The model of three-dimensional conical heat source was used to simulate the electron beam welding for T-250 steel thin-walled cylinder girth based on the ANSYS software. The results show that three-dimensional conical heat source is applicable to the numerical simulation of the electron beam welding, the resulting temperature distribution is consistent with the actual welding. The residual stress in the center of 4 mm away from the weld line will change suddenly or reach the maximum. The region exactly corresponds to the actual welding of weld zone and heat affected zone, showing that the numerical simulation and the actual welding has good correspondence.
