摘　　要：目的了解开平市区内中学生健康体检胸透结果胸部常见疾病的情况。方法应用DHTO1型车载遥控X射线透视机对该市区内2005-2009年中学生健康体检进行胸透检查,将胸透结果进行统计学分析。结果该市区内中学生健康体检胸部常见疾病为肺结核47例(28.91/10万),肺部炎症32例(19.69/10万),肿瘤4例(2.64/10万),先天性心脏病3例(1.85/10万)。以患肺结核为主,现患率呈逐年下降趋势,从2005年的45.17/10万下降到2009年的17.51/10万;2005-2009年,胸透各类疾病总阳性检出率为52.90/10万,阳性检出率总体偏低。高中检出肺结核40例,是初中的5.7倍,占检出肺结核总数85.11%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.34,P<0.05)。男女生阳性检出率相比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.24,P>0.05)。结论该市区内中学生胸部最常见疾病是肺结核,尤以高中年级患病显著。Objective To evaluate the situation of chest common disease in the middle school students in Kaiping city.Methods Between 2005 and 2009,chest x-ray check was carried out in the DHTO1 X-ray-type remote control car during the school chest examination.Results were then statistically analysed.Results The most common chest diseases were tuberculosis（47 cases,incidence： 28.91/10 million）,lung inflammation（32 cases,incidence： 19.69/10 million）,tumor（4 cases,incidence： 2.64/10 million） and congenital heart disease（3 cases,incidence： 1.85/10 milltiom）.There was a tendency of decrease in incidence of tuberculosis,ranging from 45.17/10 million in 2005 to 17.51/10 million in 2009.Health check-positive detection rate was 52.90/10 million chest.40 cases of tuberculosis（accounting for 85.11% of total cases） were detected in the high school students,and the incidence was 5.7 times higher than the junior school students（χ2=24.34,P0.05）.The incidence of tuberculosis between male and female subjects was similar（χ2=0.24,P0.05）.Conclusion Tuberculosis is the major chest disease in the inner city middle school students.The disease is more prominent in the high school students.Health education should be focused on the eleventh or twelfth grade students.
