泉州市2009年甲型H1N1流感疫苗集中接种工作质量评估

摘　　要：目的评价泉州市2009年高中学生甲型H1N1流感(简称甲流)疫苗集中接种工作质量。方法对甲流疫苗集中接种前后的准备、接种率和发病情况进行分析。结果甲流疫苗集中接种质量控制严格;临时接种点设置规范,功能分区合理;疑似预防接种异常反应急救药械和临床医生配备齐全;严格执行接种后观察30 min。高中学生接种率为83.96%,异常反应发生率为2.37/10万。接种2周后高中学生发病率和发病构成比均明显下降(χ2=39.346,P<0.001;χ2=6.280,P<0.05),且未再出现暴发疫情。结论甲流疫苗具有良好的安全性和免疫原性。Objective To evaluate the quality of massive vaccination of influenza A（H1N1） vaccine among high-school students in Quanzhou city in 2009.Methods The preparation for massive vaccination against influenza A（H1N1）was evaluated.Inoculation rates and incidence rates were analyzed.The data was analyzed by χ2 test with SPSS13.0.Results Vaccination quality was strictly controlled.Varied arrangements for vaccination were put in place.Temporary vaccination points were set in compliance with the standard,with reasonable functional division and complete first-aid pharmaceutical machinery for AEFI.Inoculation objects were observed 30 min after inoculation.Vaccination rate was 83.96% among high-school students.Abnormal reaction rate was 2.37/100 000.After 2 weeks of the inoculation,the incidence and constituent ratio of influenza A（H1N1）among high-school students were significantly lower than pre-inoculation（χ2=39.346,P0.001;χ2=6.280,P0.05）,and outbreaks did not happen again.Conclusion Influenza A（H1N1） vaccine is effective and safe.
