摘　　要：当前，SaaS模式正在蓬勃发展中，SaaS模式下的CRM也开始进入中小企业的实际应用，但是数据的安全性问题一直阻碍其规模的继续扩大。为此，本文对基于第三方托管的SaaS模式CRM软件系统的设计要求进行了总结概括，并且给出了系统架构图，最后对系统的实现技术做了详细的介绍。In the current,SaaS models are booming,SaaS mode,the SMEs in CRM have begun to enter the practical application,but the data security issues have prevented the continued expansion of its scope.To this end,the paper hosted SaaS model based on third-party CRM software system design requirements were summed up,and gives the system architecture diagram,the final implementation of the system technology to do the detail.
