摘　　要：目的编制适用于中国军人的生活事件量表,建立军人心理负荷来源及强度的标准化测量工具。方法通过对54名军人进行深度访谈和对127名军人进行开放性问卷收集项目,并参照已有研究编制军人生活事件量表,对1167名军人进行施测,通过统计分析量表的信度和效度。结果军人生活事件量表共包含45个项目,其内部一致性系数为0.71,重测相关系数为0.79;总刺激量与SCL-90总均分的相关系数为0.63,身心疾病组与对照组1年内的总刺激量存在显著差异。结论军人生活事件量表的信度和效度指标符合心理测量学的要求,可用于军人生活事件的测量,且量表简便易行。Objective To construct a Life Events Scale for Chinese military personnel,and establish a standardized tool for exploring the origins and intensity of psychological stress in Chinese military personnel.Methods The life event items included in the Scale,which were closely related to servicemen’s work and life style,were collected by intensive interviews with 54Chinese military personnel and from an open-end questionnaire submitted by 127Chinese military personnel.A total of 1167Chinese servicemen completed the Life Events Scale developed by interviews,open-end questionnaire and literature reviews,and the obtained data were then analyzed.Results The Life Events Scale for Chinese military personnel consisted of 45items.The Cronbach’sαof the Life Events Scale for Chinese military personnel was 0.71,and the test-retest reliability was 0.79.The correlation between the score of the scale with SCL-90was 0.63,and the illness group was significantly different from the control group in the amount stressors in one year.Conclusions The Life Events Scale for Chinese military personnel reaches satisfactory reliability and validity,and can be used as measurement of life stressors for military personnel.The Life Events Scale is very easy to operate.
