摘　　要：目的:探讨胎儿脐血甘露糖凝集素(MBL)检测在判断巨细胞病毒(CMV)肝炎危害中的意义。方法:测定88例母孕期感染巨细胞病毒所产新生儿脐血中甘露凝集素浓度,并对新生儿巨细胞感染情况及临床病症加以分析。结果:新生儿感染组脐血BML浓度低于非感染组,预后不良的患儿脐血BML浓度低于预后较好患儿。结论:新生儿BML浓度低下与巨细胞病毒感染有关,BML对巨细胞病毒感染有一定的保护作用。AIM： To study the significance of the measurement of Mannan-bindinglectin in umbilical cord blood in judging the prognosis of infantile human cytomegalovirus hepatitis.METHODS： The Mannan-bindinglectin in umbilical cord blood whose mother were infected by CMV during pregnancy were measured,and neonatal cytomegalovirus infection and clinical disease were analyzed.RESULTS： The concentration of BML in umbilical cord blood in infected group was lower than in non-infected group,the concentration of BML in umbilical cord blood was lower in poor prognosis than that in better prognosis.CONCLUSION： BML may play a role in protecting newborn from CMV infection.
