星瑙灵对大鼠海马α-分泌酶活性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨研究星瑙灵对Wistar大鼠海马α-分泌酶活性的影响。方法:健康雄性Wistar大鼠64只,随机分为星瑙灵组及对照组各32例,进一步分为1周、2周、4周、8周等亚组各为8只。两组老鼠分别给予生理盐水及星瑙灵灌输。采用荧光方法测定大鼠海马α-分泌酶的活性。结果:大鼠海马α-分泌酶活性(荧光值)的测定,星瑙灵组较对照组均有显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:星瑙灵可显著增加Wistar大鼠海马α-分泌酶的活性。AIM： To discuss the effect of seniovia on activity of α-secterase in Hippocampus of mature rats.METHODS： 64 mature and healthy wistar rats has been chosen and randomized grouped into contrast group and seniovita group.This two group was further divided into 1 week/2 week/4 week/8 week sub-groups.And each group was given NaCl solution or seniovita solution.activity of α-secterase will be measured by fluorescence methods.RESULTS： After the measurement of contrast on 1 week sub-group,the activity of α-secterase on seniovita group is apparently higher than 1 week of contrast group.Same result was got on that of 2 weeks/4 weeks/8 weeks.CONCLUSION： Seniovita has positive influence on the activity of α-secterase in Hippocampus of mature rats.
