北方粳稻回交群体后代的米质研究

摘　　要：对5个供体导入轮回亲本C01培育的BC2F2群体的米质及粒型进行了分析。结果表明,供体亲本与BC2F2群体的糙米品质及粒型关系不大。BC2F2群体之间除裂纹米和米粒长度之外,没有明显差异。BC2F2群体米质各性状的相关分析结果表明:糙米率和精米率呈极显著正相关且糙米直链淀粉含量和脂肪酸含量呈极显著正相关。完全粒重比与碎粒重比及完全粒数比与碎粒数比分别呈极显著负相关;裂纹米粒重比和粒数比与米粒厚度均呈极显著正相关,而与白度呈显著负相关;碎粒粒重比和完全粒重比与完全粒数比均呈极显著负相关;碎粒粒重比和碎粒粒数比与米粒长度均呈极显著负相关;碎粒粒数比与裂纹米粒重比和裂纹米粒数比呈显著或极显著正相关。在以不同轮回亲本配制的BC2F2群体中,稻米的品质及粒型各性状的变异程度不同,在育种实践中,要根据育种目标在不同的世代做有针对性的选择。Grain quality and grain shape of the five BC2F2 backcross populations were studied.The results indicated that the shape and quality of brown rice had a little relationship between the donors and their derived BC populations.There was no difference among BC2F2 populations except the crack rice trait and grain length.The correlation analysis indicated that the brown rice percentage significantly positively correlated with the milled rice percentage,and it is same with the relationship between amylose content and the fatty acid of the brown rice.Significantly negative correlations were found between the weight rate of head rice and that of broken rice,and between the number rate of head rice and that of broken rice,respectively.The weight rate and number rate of crack rice were significantly positively correlated with grain thickness but negatively with whiteness.The weight rate of the broken rice and weight rate of head rice were all significantly negatively correlated with the number rate of head rice.The weight rate and number rate of broken rice were significantly negatively correlated with grain length.And the number rate of the broken rice was significantly or significantly positively correlated with the weight rate and number rate of crack rice,respectively.It was indicated that different variations were presented for the traits of grain quality and grain shape in BC2F2 backcross populations derived from various recurrent parents,suggesting selection against grain quality and grain shape can be specifically performed in different generations according to the breeding objectives in our breeding program.
