摘　　要：报告1例儿童水源性肢端角化病。患儿女,9岁。因双手遇水后10指出现对称性乳白色斑块4年来院就诊。临床表现为双手接触水后2 min,10指出现完整皮损,离开水后70 min,皮损基本消退。手掌未见皮损。无手足多汗史,无特应性体质史及手部外伤史,家族其他成员无类似病史。A ease of aquagenie aerokeratoderma in child is reported. A 9-year-old female presented with a 4-year history of sym- metrical, whitish plaques on her ten fingers after exposure to water. Eruptions arose on ventral aspects of her fingers without the in- volvement of her palms after 2 minutes of immersion in water, and they disappeared within 70 minutes after drying. The patient did not have a history of hyperhidrosis, atopie diathesis, or any trauma to her hands. No other family members were similarly affected.
