234例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎及肺外并发症临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿肺炎支原体(MP)肺炎临床特征及肺外并发症的特点。方法对MP肺炎的234例患儿进行回顾性临床分析。结果 234例MP肺炎患儿均有呼吸道表现,其中107例(45.73%)有肺外并发症。受累脏器中以循环系统、消化系统及血液系统多见,分别为11.11%、10.68%、8.12%;其次为皮肤(5.56%)、泌尿系统(1.71%)、神经系统(2.14%),而其他表现(1.71%)少见,两个或以上的脏器或系统同时受累者11例(4.70%)。结论小儿MP感染除侵犯呼吸系统外,还可累及肺外脏器,严重者甚至造成多脏器损害,使得病情复杂化。Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations of extra-pulmonary complications in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia（MP）.Methods Clinical data of 234 hospitalized children with MP were analyzed retrospectively.Results Besides the clinical manifestations in the respiratory system,107 cases（45.73%） had some extra-pulmonary complications,which involved in the circulatory system（11.11%）,digestive system（10.68%）,blood system（8.12%）,skin（5.56%）,urinary system（1.71%） and nervous system（2.14%）.Eleven cases（4.70%） had the damages involved in two or more organs or systems.Conclusion In addition to the respiratory system,MP infection can also involve in the extra-pulmonary organs and even lead to multiple organ damages.
