血清抗Dsg1特异性抗体水平变化与落叶型天疱疮病情的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨落叶型天疱疮(PF)患者外周血血清IIF滴度、Dsg1-ELISA指数与病情变化的相关性。方法监测8例落叶型天疱疮患者不同时期病情变化及其相应时间点血清中特异抗体的间接免疫荧光(IIF)滴度和Dsg1-ELISA指数,并对结果进行分析。结果 7例(87.5%)患者病情评分与Dsg1-ELISA指数有显著性关联(P<0.05),且与病情波动平行变化,4例(50%)患者病情评分与IIF滴度有显著性关联,与病情波动平行变化。结论 Dsg1-ELISA指数可作为PF病情的监测和调整治疗方案的重要参考。Objective To investigate the correlation of IIF titers,ELISA index values and clinical severity in Pemphigus foliaceus（PF）patients. Methods Eight patients with PF were included in our study and the scoring of disease activity was performed at each visit. Meanwhile,titers of circulating autoantibodies and the level of specific autoantibody against Dsg1 were detected respectively by IIF and a Dsg1 ELISA kit. The correlation of IIF titers and the ELISA index values with clinical severity was analysised. Results Dsg1-ELISA index values in 87.5% patients and IIF titer in 50% patients tended to fluctuate in parallel with the disease activity along the time course. Conclusion Dsg1-ELISA can be a valuable tool for monitoring the disease activity during the course of maintenance therapy.
