摘　　要：目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸(5-ALA)光动力疗法(PDT)治疗男性尿道口尖锐湿疣的疗效、安全性及复发情况。方法将60例男性尿道口尖锐湿疣患者随机分成ALA-PDT治疗实验组和液氮冷冻治疗对照组各30例,实验组用10%5-ALA霜封包皮损3h,再用635红光照射20min(能量密度126J/cm2),对照组用液氮反复冻融皮损3次,比较两组的有效率、治愈率、复发率和不良反应。结果实验组患者经过1～3次光动力治疗,有效率100%,治愈率86.67%,复发率13.33%,不良反应主要为局部轻微灼伤、疼痛和刺激。对照组患者经过1～3次冷冻治疗,有效率为100%,治愈率60.00%,复发率40.00%。不良反应重,主要为溃疡、疼痛和瘢痕形成。结论 ALA-PDT治疗尿道口尖锐湿疣有效率和治愈率高,复发率低,不良反应小。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of topical application of 5-ALA photodynamic therapy （PDT） in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum in male urethral orifice. Methods Sixty male patients with condyloma acuminatum in urethral orifice were devided into the experimental group and the control group randomly following the sequence of coming for medical attention. Thirty patients in experimental group were treated with photodynamic therapy while 30 patients in the control goup were treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. The cases were followed up at regular visits for one months and three months,the efficiency,cure rate,recurrence rate and side effect were observed. Results For experimental group,the efficiency was 100%,cure rate was 86.67%,and recurrence rate is 13.33%. The common side effects are pain,minor burning sensation and stimulation. For control group,the efficency was 100%,cure rate was 60.00%,and recurrence rate is 40.00%. The control group showed side effects as ulcer,pain and scar. Conclusion ALA-PDT is an efficient treatment to condyloma acuminatum in urethral orifice,with high cure rate,low recurrence rates and mild side effects
