摘　　要：公益性地质调查项目是由国家公共财政资助的,它影响着国家经济社会发展对矿产资源需求的保障,是对国家经济可持续发展具有战略性意义的活动。文章通过分析公益性地质调查项目的投入与产出问题,提出了公益性地质调查项目绩效评价的指标体系与评价方法,并以内蒙煤炭普查项目为例运用熵值法分析了项目的绩效,由此证明了方法的可行性;同时,提出了对公益性地质调查项目实行绩效评价的建议。This paper proposes indicator system and appraisal methods for performance appraisal of public geological survey project through analysis on the problems of input and output.This paper analyzed the performance of coal general investigation project in Inner Mongolia by using entropy value,and thus proving the feasibility of the method.Some suggestions for carrying out performance appraisal are also put forward.
