摘  要:以自新疆、黑龙江、辽宁、吉林、湖北、天津和北京等地分离的16株快生型大豆根瘤菌为供试菌,用交叉凝集反应比较研究了它们与目前国内外已报道的9株快生型大豆根瘤菌标准血清型菌株之间的血清学关系,研究结果表明:(1)菌株J711,NJ16,NJ111和A212均属O1(2048)血清型。(2)菌株RT15、Two-7和93F41与供试标准血清型菌株的菌体抗原均不相同,命名为O9、O10和O113种新的血清型。菌株6-1为自凝菌株,其血清型为O0。(3)交叉抗原吸收试验结果表明,菌株92X10、C333、RT10和2056同属O5血清型,并可进一步区分为O5ab、O5bcd、O5def和O5fg4个血清亚型。菌株HA10-1-3、HA12-1-12和2120分属O6血清型的O6ab、O6bcd和O6de3个血清亚型。(4)将2048等6个标准菌株重新命名为O1,O2,O3,O4,O7和O8血清型。The serological relationship between 16 strains isolated from different areas in China and 9 standard serotype strains of S.fredii were compared by the crossagglutination reaction method.It was found that RT15,Two7 and 93F41 showed no reactions with standard serotype strains tested and therefore, were classified as new serotypes O9,O10 and O11 respectively. The strain 61 was classified as O0 serotype because of its autoagglutination.Strains J711,NJ16, A212 and NJ111 were identified as O1(2048) serotype.The results of antigen crossabsorption tests revealed that subserotypes existed between serotypes of S.fredii. Independent standard serotype strains C333, 2056,RT10 and 92X10 were classified as O5 serotype, and O5ab,O5bcd,O5def and O5fg subserotypes;on further step, HA1013,HA12112 and 2120 were classified as subserotypes O6ab,O6bcd and O6de of the serotype O6; Moreover, 2048 and other five standard serotype strains were renamed as O1,O2,O3,O4,O7 and O8 serotypes.
