摘　　要：目的分析肺母细胞瘤的组织发生与病理、临床表现、X线及CT表现,探讨提高对肺母细胞瘤的影像学诊断能力。方法经手术、病理证实的肺母细胞瘤3例,均行X线胸片、CT检查。结果肺母细胞瘤是一种罕见的肿瘤,本病的组织发生尚无定论;其中1例术前破裂,术后复发并多处转移;1例术后多发骨转移。影像学无特异性表现。结论本病临床表现早期无症状较难发现,病灶较小鉴别较难,应在诊断中结合临床和影像学表现,考虑到本病的可能。Objective To improve the diagnosis level of Pulmonary blastoma by analyzing its pathogenesis,clinical and imaging features.Methods X-ray chest-film and CT scan were performed in 3 cases with operation、pathological proved.Results Pulmonary blastoma is a rarely carcinosarcoma.Conclusion The differential diagnosis difficult in default clinical symptom of pulmonary blastoma
