摘　　要：[目的]全面了解村卫生室基本情况,分析存在的问题和面临的困难,提出改善村卫生室的干预措施和政策建议。[方法]2009年,在山东省所有17个设区市的140个县(市、区)的全部村卫生室进行调查。[结果]2009年,山东省有83 640个行政村,村卫生室51 354个,每个村卫生室平均服务1 816人;51.82%房屋产权属个人所有,个人投资的占总资金的53.29%;药品收入占年总收入的83.30%;输液人次占年诊疗人次的37.85%;12.53%的村卫生室基本设备配置能达到标准要求;实行乡村卫生一体化管理的占78.16%。[结论]村卫生室的数量不够,设施、设备配备不足。[Objective]To fully understand basic situation of village cIinic, analyze the problems and difficulties, so as to provide measures and suggestions for improvement of village clinics. [Methods]In 2009, a survey was made on village clinics of 140 counties（cities,districts） in 17 prefectures of Shandong province. [Results]Shandong province have 83 640 administrative villages,51 354 village clinics, each village clinic serving average 1 816;51.82% building property right belonged to individuals,personal investment accounted for 53.29% of total capital;drugs accounted for 83.30% of the total income; Infusion accounted for 37.85% of the total annual visits; the basic equipment configuration of 12.53% village clinics reached the standard requirement; 78.16% implemented integrated management of rural health. [Conclusion]The number of village clinics is insufficient, and also facilities and equinment.
