2009年潍坊市2例手足口病死亡病例资料分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨手足口病病例死亡原因,总结经验,以便有针对性地加大防控措施,避免死亡。[方法]对2009年潍坊市2例手足口病死亡病例资料进行分析。[结果]2例患儿均因发热分别就诊于村卫生室、县级妇幼保健机构,未能及时转诊到定点医疗机构确诊,按一般发热、呼吸道感染方案救治,病情逐步加重;首例病例先后转诊县级定点医疗机构诊断为手足口病、青岛市妇幼儿童医院诊断为手足口病重症;第二例转诊潍坊市人民医院诊断为手足口病重症;2例病例均因病情时间长、发展快、导致多脏器功能衰竭而死亡。[结论]2例病人由于确诊不及时,早期未及时得到规范救治,逐步发展为手足口病危重病例,最终抢救无效死亡。[Objective] To explore the death causes of hand-foot-and-mouth disease cases,summarize the experience,in order to intensify the prevention and control measures pertinently and avoid death.[Methods]Analysis was made on 2 death cases of HFMD in Weifang,2009.[Results]2 patients visited respectively village clinic,county maternity and child care center because of fever,without being referred to the regular medical institution for confirmation,and rescued as the general fever and respiratory infection,illness gradually got worse.The first case was successively referred to the county regular medical institution and was diagnosed as HFMD,Qingdao maternity hospital diagnosed as the severe case of HFMD.The second case was referred to Weifang city people＇s hospital and was diagnosed as the severe case of HFMD;the two cases died,because of the long illness,quick development and leading to multiple organ failure.[Conclusion]The 2 patients,due to untimely diagnosis,with no standard timely treatment,gradually develop to hand-foot-and-mouth severe cases,die eventually even by rescue measures.
