双纵行切口在腋臭根治术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨双纵行切口腋臭根治术及其并发症防治方法。方法对100例腋臭患者采用双纵行切口行腋臭根治术,并分析其并发症原因及临床表现。结果术后10例12侧发生并发症,分别为术区感染（1例1侧）、切口部分裂开（1例双侧）、皮下血肿（3例3侧）、局部表皮坏死（2例2侧）、复发（3例4侧）。随访0.5-1年,有效者196侧,无效者4侧。结论双纵行切口腋臭根治术成功率高,并发症少;手术操作熟练程度及术后患者的配合直接关系到手术的成败。Objective To investigate the effect of radical correction of axillary osmidrosis via double longitudinal incisions and to discuss the preventive methods of postoperative complications.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with bilateral axillary osmidrosis were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients were performed radical correction via double longitudinal incisions.The causes and clinical manifestations of the complications were reviewed.Results A total of 12 laterals occurred postoperative complications in 10 cases,including 1 of surgical field infection in 1 case,2 of partial wound dehiscence in 1 case,3 of subcutaneous haematoma in 3 cases,2 of local epidermal necrolysis in 2 cases and 4 of recurrence in 3 cases.All cases were followed up for 0.5 to 1 year.The results revealed improved effectiveness in 196 sides and invalid effectiveness in 4 sides.Conclusions Radical surgery of axillary osmidrosis via double longitudinal incisions has the advantages of high successful rate and low complication rate.The skilled operation and patient＇s corporation are the keys to success of the surgery.
