摘  要:在分析以大型板材钢厂为评价对象、由71位专家获得的新一代钢厂精准设计评价指标体系权重值的基础上,采用加权算术平均(WAMM)的方法得到了指标的综合权重值。对综合权重值的分析表明在综合类指标中,经济投资水平指标的权重值最大,流程运行高效化和生态化水平指标的权重值较小。在经济投资类指标中,投资收益率指标的权重明显高于其他指标;在工艺设备类指标中,总体上高炉和转炉指标权重值最大;在流程运行类指标中,界面匹配运行参数指标权重值略高于流程运行时间;在生态化类指标中,源头技术指标权重值明显大于其他指标。The comprehensive weights of indicators in the accurate design assessment indicator system for new generation mass-production slab steel plants are determined by combining of 71 expert opinions using Weighted Arithmetic Mean Method(WAMM).The obtained comprehensive weights indicate that,among the four composite indicators,the weight of economics/investment level is the highest,and weights of process operation high-efficiency level and ecologization level are relatively lower.Among indicators of economics/investment category,the weight of rate of return on investment is much higher than other indicators.Among indicators of procedure operation category,in general,the weights of blast furnace and basic oxygen furnace are the highest.Among indicators of process operation category,the weight of inter-procedure parameter is slightly higher than that of process running time.Among indicators of ecologization category,the source technology has a much higher weight than intermediate and end technology.
