摘 要:针对内旋流加速旋风集尘器的结构特点和工作原理,研究了粉尘颗粒在外旋流区内运动的规律,建立了粉尘颗粒在流场中运动的动力平衡微分方程和轨迹方程,导出了浓度场分布的理论公式,提出了分离效率计算的数值方法。Aiming to the structural characteristics and working principles of inner vortex speeding cyclone dust collector, we studied in this paper the pattern of dust moving in outer vortex area, built up the differential equation of dynamic balance and the track equation which describes dust moving, calculated the moving track of dust, derived the distribution of dust concentration field and put forward the numeric methods of counting separation rate of dust. The results of this study show that: (1) the differential equation of dynamic balance and track equation are the fundamental of researching the dust separating procedure and concentration distribution. They can precisely describe the moving track and velocity change of dust. There are good characteristics of substitution and fitness between the two equations; (2) the radial velocity of dust in cyclone are produced by centrifugal force. In the situation of moving with airflow, the tangent velocity of dust is directly proportional to the square of the airflow tangent velocity, and the changing trend of dust velocity is similar to the tangent of airflow velocity. At the inlet of dust air, the radial velocity of dust is zero, then increase to maximum and decrease gradually later;(3) the time of the dust moving to the wall of outer separator cylinder is related to the diameter of dust. Because the velocity gradient change of dust particle with larger diameter is larger and its maximum radial velocity is larger too, the time for it to reach the wall is shorter and vice versa; (4) the separating rate of dust at any point in the cyclone can be described by the dust concentration distribution.
