摘  要:介绍了一种曲柄摇杆机构的几何综合法。该方法不但使连杆平面占有给定的若干位置,而且在其中两个位置上摇杆处于极限位置,所设计机构具有运动间歇、机构自锁和急回等特性。In this paper, a geometry synthesis method used for crankrocker mechanism is introduced. Studies show that the following four points are concyclic: the two correlative points of the rocker's moving hinge at limiting positions, the culminating point of the inner and outer limiting positions, and the fixed hinge of crank. The design method based on above results can not only make the link plane pass several given positions, but also make the rocker pass the limiting positions at two of the given positions. The designed mechanism has the characters of motion intermission, mechanism selflock and quickreturn. This design method is simple in mechanism principle, convenient to draft and easy to master and use. So the method has wide prospects in engineering design and it can also be applied to the synthesis of crankblock mechanism.
