头孢喹诺在野猪体内的药代动力学研究

摘　　要：将头孢喹诺按2 mg/kg剂量给5头健康野猪耳缘静脉注射。采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了血浆中头孢喹诺的药物浓度,用药代动力学程序软件WinNonlin5.2处理血浆中药物浓度-时间数据。结果表明,静脉注射给药后,猪血浆中头孢喹诺的药-时数据符合二室开放模型,其主要药代动力学参数:t1/2α=0.22h±0.05 h,t1/2β=1.65 h±0.46 h,CL=0.29 L/(h.kg)±0.061 L/(h.kg),AUC=7.2 h.mg/L±1.49h.mg/L,Vss=0.59 L/kg±0.66 L/kg,MRT=2.16 h±0.65 h。上述数据与家猪的药代动力学数据之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。The pharmacokinetics parameters were investigated following the single intravenous injection（2mg/kg of dosage） of cefquinome in 5 healthy boars,and compared to the parameters of cefquinome in healthy swine.The concentrations of cefquinome in plasma were determined by RP-HPLC,and the concentration-time data was analyzed with WinNonlin program.It was best to fit the cefquinome concentration-time data to two-compartment open model after the single intravenous injection.The main pharmacokine-tics parameters were as follows：t1/2α=0.22h±0.05h,t1/2β=1.65h±0.46h,CL=0.29L/（h·kg）± 0.061L/（h·kg）,AUC=7.2h·mg/L±1.49h·mg/L,Vss=0.59L/kg±0.66L/kg,MRT=2.16h±0.65h.The above-mentioned means were not different（P0.05） from that in the healthy swine.
