摘　　要：阐述了动物病毒性疾病发生的分子基础,探讨了病毒与宿主易感基因相互作用的致病调控机制,病毒性疾病在感染、免疫紊乱和遗传易感性等方面的病因及易感性,易感基因的表达调控及基因多态性等。提出,病毒对宿主的致病性表现为复杂的相互作用,是受易感基因表达调控及环境影响的分子网络的应激特性。The molecular basis of viral pathogens in animals was expounded,and the disease control mechanism in which virus interacts with susceptibility genes to host was explored.The causes of viral diseases in the domains of infection,immune disorders,and genetic predisposition,the expression-regulation mechanism of susceptibility and susceptibility genes,as well as gene polymorphism were discussed.It was proposed that pathogenicity of virus to host represented the complex interaction between the virus and host susceptibility genes,disease traits were emergent properties of molecular networks that were modulated by susceptibility gene expression and environmental factors.
