摘　　要：近年来,趋化因子及其受体家族在免疫性疾病中的作用越来越受到人们的关注。它们在维持细胞存活、诱导基因表达、直接引导细胞迁移以及免疫调节等过程中起着重要作用。本文综述了趋化因子受体CXCR3及其配体在免疫性疾病中的表达及作用,以及以此为靶位的治疗措施的研究进展。The roles of chemokine and chemokine receptor family in immune diseases are drawing increasing attention,as they are very important in maintaining cell survival,inducing gene expression,directly guiding cell migration and regulating immunity.The paper reviews the expression and possible roles of chemokine receptor CXCR3 and its ligands in immune diseases,as well as the latest therapies targeting them.
