摘 要:目的研制水槽训练航天服生保脐带,满足航天员进行模拟失重训练的需求。方法从水槽训练航天服生保脐带的设计入手,对生保脐带的供气软管、供水软管进行了压力损失计算,并对供水软管的保温性能进行了详细的理论计算,通过实验进行了工程验证。结果通过最终的测试,表明所有指标满足要求,并在航天员的出舱活动训练中得到了应用。结论水槽训练航天服生保脐带的设计合理可行,满足工程使用要求。Objective To develop the life support umbilical cord of underwater training spacesuit for meeting the requests of astronaut training in weightless simulation water tank. Methods Theoretical analysis in design of life support umbilical cord for underwater training spacesuit,such as the calculation of the pressure loss in tubes for supplying air and water, as well as thorough calculation of the capability of steady temperature in tube for supplying cooling water, was verified in the engineering experiments. Results The performance of life support umbilical cord for underwater training spacesuit was confirmed after the final test according to the purpose, and used sucessfully in extravehicular activity(EVA) training of astronaut. Conclusion The design of life support umbilical cord for underwater training spacesuit is reasonable and feasible, and can fulfill the requirements of engineering application.
