摘  要:目的利用细菌在生长繁殖过程中的代谢产物可使培养基电阻率降低的特性,研制一种电阻抗法细菌药物敏感快速检测装置。方法测量培养基电阻抗,并将细菌在培养期间内取得的阻抗值描记成阻抗曲线图,因正常细菌培养基所产生的阻抗曲线图与在细菌培养基中滴加了抗菌药物所形成的阻抗曲线图形态有明显形态差别,利用这种阻抗曲线的形态差别判断细菌的药物敏感性。结果检测装置大大缩短了细菌药物敏感检测的时间。结论该检测装置对实现医学临床快速药物敏感试验,药敏检测自动化、智能化有一定的实际意义。Objective To develop a device for rapid detection of bacterial drug sensitivity with electrical impedance method using the resistivity reduction property of culture medium induced by bacterial metabolites during their growth. Methods The electrical impedance of the culture medium was measured. Impedence curves were drawn according to the impedence values obtained during bacteria being cultured. There were significant shape differences of impedance curves between bacterial culture media with and without anti-bacterial drugs. These shape differences of impedance curve were used for detecting anti-bacterial drug sensitivity. Results This detection device significantly shortened the consuming time of bacterial drug sensitivity testing. Conclusion The proposed device is helpful in rapid, automatic,and intelligent drug sensitivity detection.
