复合激光和红光穴位照射治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复合激光针灸对阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎的治疗效果。方法:共收治符合标准的患者41例,随机分为复合激光组(22例)和红光组(19例),分别采用复合激光及红光照射犊鼻及内膝眼。两组患者均进行6周14次的治疗,采用西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎调查量表(WOMAC VA 3.1)进行疗效评价。结果:两组患者治疗2周、6周后和治疗前相比WOMAC量表各项得分均有明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001);复合激光组治疗2周、6周后WOMAC量表平均改善率优于红光组。结论:复合激光针灸在改善阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎患者疼痛、僵硬及功能受限方面均有疗效。Objective To explore the effects of combined laser on patients with knee osteoarthritis （OA） of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type. Methods Forty-one cases with knee OA of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type were randomly divided into a combined laser group （n=22） and a red light group （n= 19）, with combined laser and red light irradiation on Dubi （ST 35） and Neixiyan （EX-LE 4）, respectively. They were treated for 6 weeks. The scores of Western Ontario and McMaster Universities＇ Osteoarthritis Index （WOMAC VA3.1） were used for assessment of therapeutic effects. Results After treatment for 2 weeks and 6 weeks, the WOMAC scores significantly decreased in the two groups as compared with those before treatment （P〈0.05, P〈0.01 and P〈0. 001）. The mean improvement rate of WOMAC scores in the combined laser group was better than those in the red light group. Conclusion Combined laser irradiation can improve the pain, stiffness and functional limitation of patients with knee OA of yang deficiency and cold coagulation type.
