摘 要:通过对锦西化工厂氯化苯车间厂房4层框架结构进行的结构验算分析表明,该厂房若继续使用,则除楼板外其余部分必须进行加固处理。为此,提出了框架梁柱加固的具体方案,并对其中跨度最大的1跨梁进行了有限元模拟。结果表明,采用CFRP加固后,梁可有效提高其抗弯承载力,减小梁底部钢筋受拉应力。同时,对厂房整体框架结构的抗震性能进行了有限元仿真模拟分析,结果表明,经CFRP加固处理后可明显提高结构的抗侧刚度,从而减小其地震响应,达到抗震规范中的要求。A four-layer frame structure of benzene chloride workshop for Jinxi Chemical Plant reinforced with carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) is analyzed.Structure checking computations show that almost all members of the building must be reinforced except floor plate if it is used continuously as an industrial factory building.Reinforcing plan of beams and columns are presented in the design,and one of the max span beams is simulated with finite element method.The simulation shows that flexural bearing capacity of the beam reinforced by CFRP is improved effectively and the tensile stress is remarkably reduced of steel bar at bottom of beam.At the same time,the analysis of anti-seismic performance of the building by finite element simulation is completed between reinforced with and without CFRP.The simulations show that the CFRP can offer lateral resisting stiffness to reduce seismic response of the structure,and come up to seismic codes and standards.
