摘 要:通过对碳纤维加固钢吊车梁模型进行抗弯疲劳试验,研究CFRP加固钢吊车梁后的加固效果。该试验是通过6根试验梁,按照设定的工况和加固方案进行试验,从而得到应变和挠度数据,并且绘制了累积损伤因子变化图。试验结果表明,在一定条件下,粘贴碳纤维布能够明显提高钢吊车梁的疲劳寿命,但疲劳破坏仍呈明显的脆性。钢吊车梁在接近疲劳破坏时,抗弯刚度急剧减小,累积损伤量急剧增大。当粘贴1层CFRP时,钢吊车梁的疲劳寿命提高52.94%~85.56%。The experiment on fatigue behavior of steel crane beam strengthened by CFRP has been carried out.In the paper,six steel beams are tested with different loads and reinforcement schemes.The result shows that fatigue damage of steel crane beam is brittle,whose stiffness will be decreased shapely and damage will accumulate largely when beam is close to fatigue failure.It also shows the fatigue life of steel crane beam strengthened by CFRP sheet can be increased by 52.94% ~ 85.56% as compared to un-reinforced of steel members.Load-strain curves and damage accumulated factor curves have been drawn.
