摘  要:测定了皖南花猪从出生到360日龄血清K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Cl和P离子水平,并分析了离子浓度随着生长发育不同阶段的变化规律。在线性相关(P<0.05)中,后备猪的Fe与Ca(-0.6968)、日龄与Ca(-0.7431)离子为负相关,Cl与Na(0.8496)、P与Mg(0.6999)离子为正相关;肥育猪的P与K(0.6798)离子为正相关,K与Ca(-0.8328)、P与Ca(-0.8270)、日龄与Na(-0.7897)离子为负相关。其他离子之间的关联度不强。分析离子及日龄之间的非线性相关显示,后备猪的Mg、P分别与日龄之间的相关偏低,肥育猪的K、Ca、Cl和P分别与日龄之间的相关不明显。The serum ion concentration of K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Cl,and P in different dayages of Wannanhua pig was detected and the variation of the ion concentration with the dayages was analyzed.By linear relationship analysis,the correlation coefficients(P<0.05)between Fe and Ca,dayage and Ca,Cl and Na,and P and Mg ion concentration were-0.698 8,-0.743 1,0.849 6 and 0.699 9 for replacement pig respectively; and between P and K ,K and Ca,P and Ca, and dayage and Na ion concentration for finishing pig,0.679 8,-0.832 8,-0.827 0,and -0.789 7 respectively.The nonlinear relationships between Mg or P ion concentration and dayage for replacement pig were weak, and the relationship between K,Ca,Cl, or P ion concentration and dayage for finishing pig was nosignificant.
