摘 要:对1994年发现的我国首例燕麦雄性不育材料进行了特征特性的观察和细胞学鉴定、以及不育性遗传的研究,结果表明:(1)该材料不育度为100%,属“无花粉型”的雄性不育,不育株小孢子败育发生在四分体形成后期到花粉粒形成早期阶段.(2)不育株与不同品种测交的F_1代,6个组合表现育性恢复,2个组合出现一些完全不育株;恢复育性的植株自交后可育株与不育株呈3:1分离;不育株与恢复育性的F_1回交,BC_1育性为1:1分离.说明不育性状是由隐性核基因控制的.该材料命名为CA燕麦雄性不育.In 1994, a oat male-sterile plant was found and named as 'CA male-sterile oat'. The investigation showed that: (1) The sterility was steady and the sterile degree was 100%. It belongs to the pollenless type. Microspores of the sterile plant disintegrated from the later period of tetrads to early stage of pollen grain forming. (2) Fertility of F1 hybrids was restored in six combinations and a few F1 plants displayed complete sterile in two combinations when crossings were made in sterile plants and other fertile varieties. The 3/4 of fertile plants and 1/4 of sterile plants were segregated in F2 progenies of restored fertility combinations. And the ratio of sterile to fertile plants was 1:1 for F1 progenies in crossings of sterile to heterozygous plants. The sterility is controlled by recessive nuclear genes.
