摘  要:用简易的人工光氧化和遮荫条件对35个水稻种质进行筛选,鉴定出既耐光氧化又耐荫等4种品种类型,并用耐光氧化又耐荫的品种武育粳3号和对光氧化和遮荫均敏感的品种香籼进行光合特性测定.结果表明,以香籼为对照,在光氧化条件下,武育粳3号的PSⅡ光化学效率和光合酶Rubisco 活性较稳定,C_4光合酶PEPC活性诱导增加,因而光合抑制和叶绿素衰减较少;在遮荫条件下,武育粳3号的Rubisico活性和Rubisco BP的含量也相对稳定,这与光合、光合生产力和产量的稳定有关.上述研究为水稻育种提供了配套技术和生理依据.35 rice germplasms were identified and the tolerant type was found under photooxida-tion and shading conditions. The comparison of photosynthetic characteristic was made between the tolerant and sensitive varieties to both photooxidation and shading, wuyugeng and Xiangxi-an. The results showed that as a control with Xiangxian, the PS Ⅱ and Rubisco activities of the tolerant variety wuyugeng were relatively stable under photooxidation condition, which is related to the high maintaining activity of D1 protein on PS Ⅱ and the high induced activity of C4 PEPC. And the Rubisco activity and the Rubisco BP content of wuyugeng were also relatively stable under shading conditions, which concerned with less change of photosynthetic rate, photosynthetic productivity and yield. The above investigation will provide a necessary technique and physiological basis for breeding.
