摘  要:研究了安徽省小麦主栽品种扬麦5号和博爱7422穗轴节片的大维管束和小维管束数目及横截面积,并分析其发达程度与穗部生产力的关系.结果表明:穗轴大、小维管束数目沿穗轴自下而上逐减,但下降幅度随穗轴节位而异.大维管束数目,在基部1~4节片平均每节减少不到1个,5~11节片平均每节减少l~2个,12节片以上的下降速率随穗子大小而异,平均有3条大维管束直接通向顶小穗.小维管束数目减少主要在穗轴基部1~6节片之间.大维管束横截面积从基部到中部节片沿穗轴逐增然后渐降.统计分析表明穗轴节片间大维管束数目和横截面积的下降幅度及小穗轴基部大维管束发育程度,与小穗结实粒数和粒重呈极显著正相关.Macro-vascular bundle (MVB) and small-vascular bundle (SVB) of rachis node in two wheat cultivars (T. aestivum L. ) were observed and the relationship between vascular bundle system and ear productivity were analysed. The results showed that the number of MVB and SVB of rachis node decreased from base to top, but the decreased rate differed with the change of spikelet position. Transection area of MVB of rachis node from base to middle increased and then decreased to upside. Satistical analysis indicated that decreased rate of number and transection area of MVB of rachis node and MVB developed level of rachilla were significantly positively correlated to its mean grain number and grain weight per spikelet.
