电针足三里穴对正常大鼠微循环的调节作用及穴位脏腑相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过观察电针足三里穴对正常大鼠微循环的调节作用,探讨足三里穴与胃的特异性效应。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组,三阴交1组、2组,足三里1组、2组,每组8只。正常对照组及三阴交1组、足三里1组束缚7天,三阴交2组、足三里2组连续电针7天,第8天采用激光多普勒微循环血流分析仪监测各组大鼠胃、肠、肝、脑等器官表面微循环。结果电针各组大鼠胃微循环较本组电针前及同时间点正常对照组均明显提高(P<0.05),且电针1min时足三里2组大鼠胃微循环较足三里1组及三阴交2组提高(P<0.05)。电针中三阴交2组、足三里2组大鼠肠微循环较本组电针前明显提高(P<0.05)。与正常对照组比较,针刺对各组大鼠肝及脑微循环的影响均不明显(P>0.05)。结论电针足三里穴能有效调节正常大鼠胃、肠微循环血流量,具有穴位特异性。Objective To explore the special correlation between Zusanli（ST 36）and stomach through observing the regulation function of electroacupuncture at Zusanli（ST 36）on microcirculation in normal rats.Methods Forty SD rats were randomized into normal control group,Sanyinjiao（SP 6）group Ⅰ and Ⅱ,and Zusanli（ST 36）group Ⅰ and Ⅱ,with 8 rats in each group.The normal control group,Sanyinjiao（SP 6）group Ⅰ,and Zusanli（ST 36）group Ⅰ were bound for 7 days,while the Sanyinjiao（SP 6）group Ⅱ and Zusanli（ST 36）group Ⅱ were treated with electroacupuncture for 7 days in succession.On the 8th day the microcirculation on the surface of stomach,duodenum,liver and brain was determined with the laser Doppler blood flow monitor.Results The microcirculation of stomach was significantly improved by electroacupuncture in all acupuncture groups compared with before treatment and the normal control group.The improvement of microcirculation in Zusanli（ST 36）group Ⅱ,was more significant than in Zusanli（ST 36）group Ⅰ and Sanyinjiao（SP 6）group Ⅱ（P0.05）.The microcirculation of duodenum was significantly improved by electroacupuncture in Sanyinjiao（SP 6）group Ⅱ and Zusanli（ST 36）group Ⅱ（P0.05）.Compared with the normal control group,the influence of acupuncture on microcirculation of liver and brain in all acupuncture groups was not significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Microcirculation of stomach and duodenum can be effectively regulated by electroacupuncture at Zusanli（ST 36）of normal rats,indicating that specific correlation exist between Zusanli（ST 36）and stomach.
