白术镇咳祛痰、镇痛和止血潜在作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的通过动物实验验证白术的镇咳祛痰、镇痛和止血的潜在作用。方法通过浓氨水喷雾诱咳法建立小鼠咳嗽模型,观察白术的镇咳作用;采用酚红祛痰法观察祛痰作用;利用热板法、冰醋酸刺激扭体法建立小鼠疼痛模型,观察其镇痛作用;通过检测大鼠凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FbgC)、凝血酶时间(TT)含量等指标探讨其止血作用。结果白术能延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期、减少小鼠咳嗽次数(P<0.05或P<0.01);增加小鼠呼吸道酚红排泌量(P<0.05);提高小鼠痛阈(P<0.05或P<0.01);减少小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.05);白术可降低大鼠FbgC、延长PT与APTT(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论白术水煎液具有镇咳祛痰、镇痛及抗凝血作用。Objective To verify the potential functions of Baizhu（白术 Atractylodes Macrocephala）in antitussive,expectorant,analgesia,and hemostatic by animal experimental study.Methods The mice cough models were established with the method of strong aqua ammonia spraying and the antitussive function of Baizhu was observed in the experimental treatment.The expectorant effect was observed with phenol red secretion.Hot-plate and glacial acetic acid stimulation writhing method was used to bake model of pain and to test the analgsia effect.While its hemostatic function was explored by detecting the indices including prothrombin time（PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）,fibrinogen C（Fbg C）,and thrombin time（TT）,etc.Results Baizhu could extend the cough incubation period,reduce the frequency of cough（P0.05 or P0.01）,increase the phenol red excretion of respiratory tract（P0.05）,increase pain threshold（P0.05 or P0.01）,reduce the time of body-twisting caused by pain（P0.05）,reduce Fbg C,and prolong PT and APTT（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion Baizhu decoction has the functions of antitussive,expectorant,analgesia,and anticoagulation.
