信息技术外包项目的全生命周期风险管理

摘　　要：日益加剧的竞争,更加挑剔的顾客、技术开发和变革速度的加快、商业机会的复杂性和管理的不确定性日益增加,都对信息技术外包项目风险管理提出了更高的要求。本文针对传统信息技术外包项目风险管理活动中缺乏系统性、整体性和战略性,提出全生命周期风险管理的思想,对信息技术外包项目全过程而不是某个阶段或某个属性的风险进行识别和评价,并建立全生命周期风险管理模型,从系统的角度来认识和理解信息技术项目风险管理。Higher requirements are proposed for ITO risk management system from the aspects of daily intensified competition,more fastidious customers,acceleration of technical development and reformation,rapid increase of complexity of business opportunity and uncertainty of management.In this paper,the idea of life-cycle risk management was proposed aimed at the lack of systematic,holistic and strategic in the risk management activities of traditional information technology outsourcing project.Identification and evaluation of risk should based on the whole process? instead of a stage or a property of information technology outsourcing projects.And the life cycle risk management model was established to cognize and understand IT project risk management from system point of view.
