一测多评法测定淫羊藿中朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C及淫羊藿苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:在HPLC法同时测定淫羊藿中朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷含量的基础上,建立一测多评法的方法学考察模式,验证此方法在淫羊藿中应用的可行性和技术适应性。方法:以淫羊藿药材为研究对象,药材中4个主要有效成分为指标成分,分别建立淫羊藿苷与朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C的相对校正因子,计算朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C的含量,实现一测多评;同时采用外标法测定药材中该4个指标成分的含量,并比较计算值与实测值的差异,以验证一测多评法的准确性和可行性。结果:12批淫羊藿药材中4个指标成分的含量计算值与实测值间无显著差异。结论:用一测多评法控制淫羊藿药材的质量是可行的、准确的。Objective： To establish a new method and validate its feasibilities for quality evaluation of Fructus Epimedii.Method： Four main effective flavones,epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C and icariin were selected as analytes to evaluate the quality of Fructus Epimedii.The relative correction factors（RCF） of icariin to the other three flavones were calculated.The method was evaluated by comparison of the quantitative results between external standard method and QAMS method.Result： No significant differences were found in the quantitative results of three flavones by external standard method and QAMS method.Conclusion： It is feasible and accurate to evaluate the quality of Fructus Epimedii.
