摘　　要：随着市场经济的深化,教、科、文、体、卫等领域的供给和需求都发生了深刻的变化,这要求事业单位的主要职责、经营方式和管理模式等也应做出相应的调整。因此,事业单位改革的路径在于根据其所提供的产品和服务的"公益性"进行分类,建构合理规制多元投资主体的利益需求、管理上更多样化和分散化、兼顾多元价值诉求的现代事业制度,即建构现代事业组织模式。The main liabilities, operative ways and management mode of institutional organizations should adjust accordingly as the supplies and demands in fields of education, sciences, entertainment, sports and health have changed greatly ,with China＇s deepening of market economy. Therefore, the reform of institutional organizations is subject to the following aspects; to construct adaptable mechanism in order to meet to the demands of various sources of investment; to classify the products and service the organizations can supply according to their ＂public interest＂; to ensure various and fragmented management and take account of the diversified value pursuit so as to establish modern mode of institutional organization.
